Last Bite of Epcot's Food and Wine Festival 2017

It’s the last weekend of Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival 2017. Gotta get in some last minute bites. On the right from one of my favorite booths this year, Pulled Duck Confit with Cannellini Bean Ragoût and Zinfandel Reduction from the Wine and Dine booth. Left from the same booth, Seared Scallops, Truffled Celery Root Purée, Brussel Sprouts and Wild Mushrooms. Super tasty!

And from The Cheese Studio, I got the Savory Caramelized Onion Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs Cheese Tart with cold Arugula Salad and Aged Balsamic.  It was prettier than it tasted.  I wasn't a fan.  Also, I'm not sure if it was intentional or a mistake but it was cold. I was expecting a warm tart.
