A Salad I Don't Hate

I made Lauren Toyota's Hemp Crusted Tofu Cobb Salad for lunch.  This is a rare event because I HATE salad.  In the center are the hemp crusted tofu bricks on a bed of mixed greens, mushrooms, corn, carrots, cucumbers, boiled egg, green beans, and a few crab flakes.  Lauren Toyota is a vegan.  She'd probably die if she saw the boiled eggs and the non vegan Ranch I dressed it with.
