Festival of the Arts 2018 - Day1

Festival season continues with Festival of the Arts here at Epcot.  From the El Arista Hambriento (The Hungry Artist) booth, Tacos de Puerco: Two Corn Tortillas with Slow-roasted Pork Shoulder marinated in Ancho Paste, served with Sweet Plantain Purée and garnished with Pea Tendrils and Atole de Fresa.



Mexican Concha Bread: Warm Strawberry Drink served with Mexican Concha Bread. I won’t lie. The Warm Strawberry drink reminded me of warm Pepto Bismol. 



And then this happened.
