Back home at Epcot for the Festival of the Arts. I’m eating the Red Wine Braised Short Rib with Parsnip Purée, Broccolini, Baby Tomatoes and Aged
From The Painted Panda in China, Crispy Fried Shrimp in a Wonton Chip Lotus Flower. Totally tasty but way overpriced. But that’s Disney for ya!
One of my favorite items at this year’s festival. From Takumi Table in Japan, Chirashi Sushi and Haupia Pearl: Salmon, Tuna and Yuzu Miso with Coconut Tapioca Pudding. And in the back Taiyaki: Stuffed Japanese Pastry with Sesame Cream and Raspberry Sauce.
