The happiest time of the year has arrived!!!!
I usually don’t get anything the Mexico booth but the Coconut Rice Pudding served with Mango Coulis was really tasty!
Doug LOVED this. From Mexico: Short Rib Tostada: Corn Tortilla topped with Short Ribs, Black Beans, Salsa Verde and Spring Onion
This was seriously my favorite dessert. Banana Almond Soft-serve Sundae with Fresh Berries and Chocolate Almond Streusel. I got it without the almonds though.
I'll be back a hundred more times before the festival ends.
